This week, our special guest is Daniel Bennett, Senior Strategic Planner with Bellingen Shire Council. Daniel will talk about the draft Local Strategic Planning Statement (LSPS). The Chamber, the Bellingen Co-Working Group and the Centre for Ecological Learning helped Council to develop this important document.

Please have a look at the draft document before the meeting on Wednesday. The circular economy from doughnut economics – presented in last Wednesday’s meeting and summarised in a follow-up email – gives some ideas for re-imagining our Shire.
