Mindfulness has gone viral! So what’s the real story, can mindfulness actually help you and your business?
And if so how?
Mindfulness comes out of the wisdom traditions and is over 2,500 years old. It’s part of a bigger map that lays out ways to live a more peaceful life.Join Jude for an experiential evening where she will offer some simple and practical techniques to help you deal with the everyday challenges and stress that arise in business.
Jude’s life is informed by her practice of dhrama (the teachings of the Buddha) and meditation. She is interested in a non traditional and feminist approach. For Jude, mindfulness in daily life, also known as practice-off-the-cushion, is as important as a formal meditation practice. Jude teaches mindfulness and meditation courses, runs a small business, is an artist and somatic psychotherapist, and a space holder for women’s circles.
