Time: 5:15 PM – 6:30 PM
Where: Bellingen Youth Hub, 2 William Street (in the computer room behind kitchen)

About the Meet-up
The recent prolonged bushfire season has had a direct and indirect impact on many in our community, and far beyond.
For the March meeting, we have Kate Minto, a psychologist who supports the wellbeing of workers in humanitarian disasters. Kate has worked for Oxfam International and the Mandala Foundation in Vanuatu, Solomon Islands and Timor-Leste. She will share some practical tips for supporting our resilience and coping in challenging and uncertain times.
(Note: we will be in the computer room, near the kitchen at the back of the Youth Hub, not in the front room near the office)
Please feel free to invite any colleagues and friends who you think might get value from this session.
Again, don’t forget to register!
