Please find below the details for our next meet up on Monday May 15th which will be held in the Bellingen library. Hilary Cadman will be running this Skill Share session. It’s been great to start to ‘harvest’ some of the talent and experience in the group, with Andrew Woodward running an excellent session on marketing last month.
Also put June 1st in your diary for a Social Media talk by our very own Fiona Morgan, for a Chamber of Commerce breakfast at Cedar – details to come.

Gold Coin donation Topic: Screencasting
A screencast is a digital recording of computer screen output, also known as a video screen capture, often containing audio narration. A great way to teach or share ideas.Learning to screencast may not be at the top of your to-do list, but perhaps it should be! Screencasting has lots of potential applications, and many small businesses are embracing the technology, using it for everything from promoting their business to creating training courses. In this presentation, Hilary Cadman, of Cadman Editing Services, will explain what screencasting is, how easy it is to get started, and what sort of investment (in time and money) is involved in taking it further. Hilary will also cover some basic dos and don’ts that will improve the quality of your screencasts. And during the session you’ll get a chance to brainstorm how you might use screencasting in your business.—–
