Managers of businesses of all sizes need to think creatively about issues, challenges and new products. Sometimes it takes a bit of ‘lateral thinking’ to develop really breakthrough ideas.  In this session we will explore just two lateral thinking techniques that will help you come up with more and better ideas, then screen and evaluate them effectively.  Bring your thinking caps and have some fun!
